Unnecessary Intel HLS Compiler.

I don't understand the politics of this company, why pry the open door?

IMHO, For a long time exist a very useful tool, this tool is a "Intel (Altera) CUStom Processor (CUSP)", located in "...\altera_<type>\<version>\quartus\cusp".

IMHO, It would be better to publicize "Intel (Altera) CUSP" than to create "Intel HLS Compiler" from the "Intel FPGA SDK for OpenCL".
