Unable to log into self service license center

Question

I enrolled to make an account for the license self-service center (https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/?language=en_US). Followed the directions and got an "account created" confirmation email.

But when I try to access the site using my credentials in the "Intel Azure Portal", it briefly says "taking you to your organization's sign in page" and then:

"Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS1000104: Resource cloud microsoftonline.com is not allowed on identity tenant 7932d891-b9cc-431d-be14-d43339fa1133."
 
And YES... I'm giving it the same email that I created my account with. 
 
This is URGENT. I need to generate a license for Quartus. Please assist, since these online tools seem wholly inadequate.
