unable to download .elf file using nios2 command shell

Hi, using Altera 14.0 i am able to download .elf file using SBT (nios2 software build tool) but while downloading same .elf file using nios2 command shell we are seeing below error everytime. ...

It appears that your RAM is located at 0x2000020 is this correct? I would verify that your are programming to the correct memory location. You can verify this address in Qsys.
