Unable to configure ADC GPIO pin for general input-output !!!!

Hi geniuses,

I am trying to configure max 10 development kit (10m50dafc6484ges) adc dual function gpio pin as output pin to lit an external led like board's LED and

as input pin push button of the board. But, there is no response. i use pin-1(pin f5 of fpga) as output pin and pin-9 as ground pin of 2x10 header of j20.

what's the wrong or could anyone please share code or link of example using adc gpio pin ???

ADC GPIO pin block diagram is added for clarity.

    You've not given us much to go on. What you're trying to do is fine. I think you need to post some code of (part of) your project...
