As I understand it, you observe some problems with the 100G link testing. To ensure we are on the same page, just would like to check with you on the following:
1. What is the specific IP core that you are using? Some web link or reference to documentation would be helpful for better understanding and identify the right support specialist.
2. Are you using a reference design from Intel? If yes, please feel free to refer me to the web link so that I could further follow from there.
3. Mind help to elaborate on the detailed steps that you have taken ie running certain scripts from Intel which can replicate the problem.
4. What is the Quartus version that you are using?
