TUV Rheinland certification 968/EL 850.01/19

Hello, we are in a process of developing functional safety solution based on Cyclone 10.

We got the certificate 968/EL 850.00/12. However, we were told by our certifiying body, TUV Rheinland, that the current valid certificate is 968/EL 850.01/19 and the othes are not valid.

Where can we get the certificate 968/EL 850.01/19 ?

      Thank you.

I have contact already local representative and what I got from him is certificate 968/EL 850.00/12 which is listed also in the link that you have provided. However, as mentioned in the previous thread, we were told by our certifying body, TUV Rheinland, that the current valid certificate is 968/EL 850.01/19 and the others are not valid. That means 968/EL 850.00/12 is not valid. What we basically need is the Quartus version and the list of FPGA's that are qualified per 968/EL 850.01/19 as well as the 968_EL_850_01_19_RL_2019_08_23.pdf that list the certified functions. This info is critical for our safety project. We need Intel’s help to get this info.

      Hi Aiman,

I am not usign any FSDP. What we need is the Quartus version and the list of FPGA's that are qualified per 968/EL 850.01/19 as well as the 968_EL_850_01_19_RL_2019_08_23.pdf that list the certified functions.

Is it possible to download the ceritifed Quartus version per 968/EL 850.01/19 ?

Is it possible to download the file 968_EL_850_01_19_RL_2019_08_23.pdf ?

  • Hi,

May I know where did you downloaded the certificate as that is only supposed to be available with the FSDP?

    Information from our FuSa team,

The certificate is only available as part of the FSDP, and the FSDP needs to be purchased by the customer and under NDA. For Cyclone 10 LP support the customer will need to order FSDP version 5 which supports Quartus Prime Standard 17.0.2.

    Hope this clarify.

    Regards,

    Aiman
