Transciever debug script

Hi,

As I understand it, you are looking for the Intel stratix 10 device l-tile h-tile transceiver debug tool. As I search into the web, I found that this tool can be downloaded from the following page:

You can look for the "Debug", click on it, then it will pop up a table with link to download the tool at the bottom.
