this is a question about rehosting by using self service center

what actions count against the 3 time limit on rehosting?

I split a license off of our total number of floating license, then

(unfortunately) created a license but had the wrong nic id so the license

was not usable. I then created a temp license with the right nic id to

make sure things would work. now the number of rehosts for that split

off floating license is 0. Can I still assign the license to the computer on

a permanent basis?
