Hi,

Here is my method.

1) goto https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits/cyclone/v-sx.html

2) download this Kit Installation (ZIP) (22.1 std) ›

3) make sure you install quartus programmer that suite with your project version
