Temperature sensing diode in Stratix IV GX

Hi, Does someone know well about the TSD(temperature sensing diode) in Stratix IV GX? The TSD with internal ADC was supported from Quartus 9.1, but the documentation is not very clear for me....

Yes, the most recent handbook version suggests the existence of two diodes. This would be the only meaningful design in my opinion, because external connections (I think, any) are the most serious issue in temperature sensing diode operation, due to coupled noise.
