Technical question

Hi,

I have a problem on my board stratix IV GX. When i branch it to power and turn on, the max II EPM2210 is grilled.

please if there are somoene meet a same problem, inform me What can i do.

Call the technical service or what.

    i've never seen that problem. if it came like this from the factory i would file a service request and ask for an RMA
