Functional fail and suspect relate to the component

Hi Altera team,

I found a problem for the functional fail issue after mount the FPGA on the boards and teste. After replace the new part the functional is gone and passed our functional test criteria.

The log file is the confidential data and I would like to request for Private Message support.
