New ContributorFunctional fail and suspect relate to the component
Hi Altera team,
I found a problem for the functional fail issue after mount the FPGA on the boards and teste. After replace the new part the functional is gone and passed our functional test criteria.
The log file is the confidential data and I would like to request for Private Message support.

The FPGA manufacturing no. 5SGXMA5N2F45C1GAC and currently we have 69 pcs was observed fail after mounted in the PCBA and functional tested.
The functional test fail and related to the FPGA and test passed after replace the new one.
So, we we need your help to return the suspected part to you for investigate, if it is the FPGA is good.
