Support for 3.3V LVCMOS

Hello, wanted to asked the community members on the thoughts why the new FPGA's such as the Stratix 10, Arria 10 and Cyclone 10 do not support 3.3V LVCMOS? If you wanted to use one of these you may ...

I can confirm that Cyclone10 nicely interfaces with 3.3V SD-Ram - we use th 10CL006 and 10CL025 with Etron and Winbond SDR memories.
