Stratrix III DE3 Host PC communication

Hi All,

I have been trying to establish a communication to and from my stratix III DE3 board with the host PC. I am trying to find a tutorial on the web that talks about the step by step procedure to do the same, but in vain.

Does anybody know if such a document is available? If it is, that would be of great help.
