Stratix3 MFLOPS vs. Virtex5 MFLOPS

Hello,

I am developing a project that needs a lot of Floating Point Operations.

I need to choose between Altera and Xilinx.

I found that with Xilinx I can achieve about 200 MFLOPS.

What about Altera? What do you have for implement Floating Point? Some reference?
