Stratix IV part number

I have a customer that has ordered an EP4SGX530KF43I4L in the past but this part number is now obsolete. What does the "L" at the end mean? I can't find any Stratix IV documentation that shows that...

Hi Steve,

Thank you for contacting Intel community. Apologize for the delay in response.

Suffix end with 'L' is referring to customer specific ordering suffix.

Hence you may contact Intel sales representative for the replacement ordering code as mention in PDN 2009.
