Stratix III DSP kit low frequency HSMC AD/DA card

I am trying to load a 100 Hz signal into the ADC using a Terasic AD/DA HSMC card. What I have found is that the transformer is causing the problem. Is it possible to replace the transformer with some other transformer to make it suitable for low frequency??
