Honored ContributorYep, TDM is out. There's no reason you can't use M512s. You need to determine if DSP builder is explicitly saying to use M4Ks(I imagine it is if you're getting no-fits, as Quartus should balance resources pretty good.) If that's the case, you need to figure out how to tell it to use M512s, or ideally, just use generic memories and let Quartus figure it out.
