Hello,
I checked the website and i don't find the technical document of stratix 10, is it not ready? Please, Can anyone help me to find this document? Thanks in advanceForum Discussion

Altera_ForumStratix 10 documentation I assume is only available to those on the early adoptors program, on the basis it's not released yet.
You can probably get a good idea of the architecture from the Arria 10 documentation- Altera_Forum
The HyperFlex Architecture is quite a bit different. (Actually, it's very similar except for the Hyper-Register, but it's amazing how many things that impacts and how fundamentally design and timing closure change because of it). I find the three app notes the best for understanding them:
https://www.altera.com/products/fpga/stratix-series/stratix-10/support.html There is other documentation there, and if you go to training there is some shorter free stuff plus some all day training classes you pay for, but are quite good and I recommend to anyone really planning on getting the most performance out of Stratix 10. - Altera_Forum
I checked with my FAE prevously, seems like the S10 datasheet is not yet available.

Anyone knows when they are going to release S10? My guess will be Q1 2016.

I think you could try to ask your local FAE to see if they got any insight. There seems to be no info on the release schedule on the web yet.
