Steps in migrating FPGA code from Cyclone III to Cyclone IV

Hello All, I am planning to migrate my code from Cyclone III to cyclone IV. Please help me in listing the steps invloved in migration in Quartus II.

have you tried changing the device, redoing the pinout, and recompiling? i guess you don't even have to redo the pinout if you're just concerned about code at this point
