Sopc

Please, i need a SOPC for stratixII niosII rohs. I am student and i can't buy a license from altera. If there one can compile to me the SOPC in the folder("altera/90/nioseds/example/vhdl/niosII_stratixII_2s60_RoHS"). just he change to me the pll frequence from 100MHZ to 330MHZ.
