Software ModelSim Altera Starter edition 6.5e

Hi!

I'm a new user of that software and I have one question.

When I try to simulate a model in the library, the option of SIMULATE WITHOUT OPTIMIZATION is disable. How can enable it?

The option is only enabled to simulate.
