Soc EDS fail to connect to usb blaster

I have install Soc EDS v14 on centos 7, and run as doc ug_soc_eds.pdf secion “Getting Started with Bare-Metal Debugging” introduce， but when I Select Run > Debug Configurations and Click Brows...

I have tryed reinstall Soc EDS，but problem continues.

Quartus Programmer success, I can down load a sof file to fpga.

I have not try Signal Tap. But I run the "jtagconfig" commond, it can read usb-blaster information.
