Simulink

Hello!

I have a proyect in simulink. This proyect generate tow signals.

I want use this signals in a proyect of Quartus.

I have read that it is possible. I can transform the simulink proyect in hdl files an add in quartus II.

I can do it?

or I need some tool or program not free??

how can do it? I haven´t found any faq or manual.
