have files or folder "hidden" option enabled?

NB : I work with Quartus + nios II IDE 9.0 sp2

I had a similar problem, my workaround is :

- to create a new empty project

- to recreate syslib from ptf file

- to copy sources *.c *.h to this new project.

i eared that nios ii ide will be discontinued ?
