Servicepack for WebEdition

Hi, as I'm having a download size limited access to the Internet currently, I don't like to download all the stuff for the Quartus II v10.0 SP1 having v10.0 already installed. For the subscription...

Web edition does not have Service packs. You need to install the full 2.7GB

Only subscription edition has smaller incremental service packs.
