Selected Feature of TimeQuest Time Analyzer is not available with your current licens

I'm trying to get Quartus II 10.1 to compile my files and this is the error I'm getting. I have 10.1 installed on Win XP. I've had no problems with Quartus II 8.1 and have never seen this error. Is there a way to fix this!?
