Is there a Sdram controller in vhdl language for Sdram IS42S16400L (ZENTEL A2V64S40CTP chip) ? This is a 8MB Sdram but i don't know how create this controller. Help me. I need this controll...

Honored ContributorSome demonstration code projects from Altera for the DE2 board contain a 4-port SDRAM Controller. Check for the DE2_TV project on the CD for the DE2 board or the Terasic Sample CD for the D5M camera http://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?language=english&categoryno=68&no=281&partno=3
Those projects use the SDRAM without the NIOS2 package. EDIT: Sry, just realized that you want VHDL. So forget about the sources I mentioned.
