Sdram------mt48lc4m32b2

Hi,Does anyone has used the sdram memory---mt48lc1m16a1?How should i set the time parameter?as well as the delay time?

When i want to run the code in sdram ,it shows:"verified failed!"

what may be the real problem?anyone who can help me?
