Screen and Mouse pointer acting weirdly on Adobe apps.

As you can see, when I click the eraser tool, screen goes insane. I have tried almost every possible solutions including drive update, reinstalling PS, installing different version and even changing the mouse pointer icon. But after some time this issue popped up in the MS office application (found only on PS and MS office yet). Any of you guys ever experienced this kind of problem.

P.S. - At first time I recorded this using screen recorder. But surprisingly in the record this flickering this don't appear (it was a clean video). I have no idea what's going on.

    Wrong forum (this is for Intel/Altera FPGA technology).

    Probably not even an Intel issue.

    More likely has to do with Adobe and/or Microsoft.

    Closing this case as this is not FPGA related question. This is not on Intel product as well.
