SCFIFO example project

Hi, I'm a newbie in Altera and for my scool I have to make a work in Altera showing something about caching. I now think I have to use the Megafunction SCFIFO. Is there an example project, where I can see how to implement and run this megafunction? Or is there somewhere a step-by-step tutorial for implementing this megafunction SCFIFO?
