Running Image on the screen when camera is connected to DE2 cyclone 2 kit

Hello Sir,

I am running a AES based encryption algorigthm on DE2 cyclone 2 fpga kit. when camera is connected its showing a running image from the camera.

Image is not stable. My camera is canon HD still camera. Image from camera is used for encryption. When connected to the kit, output should come on the screen then i turn on encryption and decryption. The image is not stable and its running on the screen. Any steps required ?
