Can you clarify this statement ... if you go to the UCSD web site, there is a discussion of Xilinx support, but nothing about Altera support.

So, does the riffa_2.1.zip file you link to contain install guides for the DE series boards? (I just wanted to clarify this before I downloaded the zip)
