11 years agoyes. Depends on your fpga sampling rate support. Modern fpgas can achieve speeds say 200MHz ~ 400MHz. so a cut off point at 0 ~ 30MHz is possible. But Why do you think this is band pass, it is low pass filter. You will need adc suitable to capture the analogue signal then apply filter.
