Reusing Dual Purpose Pins in CycloneIII

Hi Everybody !.. I have a question. I am using Cyclone III EP3C25E144C8N on my own design board. And i use EPCS16 for configuring Cyclone III in Active Serial Mode. There is a 2x5 head...
