Reprogramming the fpga at runtime from hps.

From Linux unlikely, all devices tied to drivers, configured, not works after reconfiguring and only need reboot, or in BareMetal all perhaps!

Example № 3 *HardwareLib*-GNU.* may reconfigure FPGA N times from internal image.
