Reliability Information

I am trying to find reliability data on two Altera components, EN5322QI and EN6347QI. When I try to download the Altera FIT data, I am not able to.

Can anyone help?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay. Enpirion device FIT would be 1.2 @TJ=70C

      Hi Nazrul,

      Thank you for the FIT information. That is exactly what I need. Can you clarify if the Empirion reference also refers to Altera EN5322QI?
