Reliability Data - Industrial vs Automotive Rated Temperatures

Hello,

I have a question with regards to Intel MAX 10 reliability data (2021): are there any differences between the Automotive or Industrial reliability levels since the Operating Temperatures are different? (i.e. more specifically 10M04DAF256I7G vs 10M04DAF256A7G). Can the assumption be made that all MAX 10 components have the same reliability levels?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Regards,

Ivo

    Hello,

Basically, yes, the reliability level are the same as it is the same die. However, because of package difference, the Automotive grade can support up to 125'C compare to Industrial grade which is 100'C and Commercial grade which is 85'C.

    regards,
