Reject part returns under FPGA - MPN: 10M16SAU169C8G

Hi Intel Folks,


Jabil manufacturing line found 9pcs MPN: 10M16SAU169C8G FPGA component with failure symptom :"unable to program" , 3.3V short to ground.

Please kindly advise how are we going to perform the reject parts return.

    Hello,


    Using oscilloscope, could you please check signal :

    1. nCONFIG
    2. CONF_DONE
    3. nSTATUS
    4. VCC

      Hi @Farabi ,

      Unfortunately we already remove these components (FPGA) from the boards. Not able to check on this anymore. And our functional test not cover on this with oscilloscope.

      Any chance for help to return these parts for FA?
