questions for quartus II 14.0 and max10 fpga

hi, everyone:

the local seller of altera came few days ago, and introduced the max 10 fpga. i am very interest in max 10's character. and i have some questions :

1. will max10 only be supported by quartusII 14.×?

2. does quartusII 14.× can only be installed in 64bit system? (i use win xp 32bit...)
