Question about Monitor

Hello, is it possible to synthesize the "monitors" on the altera fpgas'. There are Monitor IPs such as Avalon MM Monitor. Can I synthesize such "Monitors"?

Hello Dave,

Is the PCIe design[the one you sent me] given in a some tutorial or did you come up with your own design?, If it's a given in some manual or study guide can you please give it to me?
