Question about Monitor

Hello, is it possible to synthesize the "monitors" on the altera fpgas'. There are Monitor IPs such as Avalon MM Monitor. Can I synthesize such "Monitors"?

Good Morning Dave,

I am talking about the outputs. The pcie_core_clock and pcie_core_reset are the outputs form the PCIe IP core.
