Question about different structure inside EN5339QI device

I tested many device in X-ray machine and I see that device has different structure.

You can see this in attached picture. Normally I have devices with a square frame inside structure. After last olders I see that device is different. Maybe someone know why..?

-Maybe this normal in structure;

-Maybe device is broken and I buy fake devices
