Quartus programmer + Stratix 10 - synchronization failed

Hello!

I trying to configure 1S280LN3F43 device by sof file (logic + arm) under Quartus Programmer (version Quartus Prime Pro 20.3) and receive next message:

Error(18952): Error status: Synchronization failed

Error(209012): Operation failed

Can anyone advise how to proceed?

    For error 18952, can you try the following?

    1. Try with another USB Blaster. USB Blaster II is preferable.
    2. Change the TCK frequency of USB Blaster II to lower frequency (EG: 6MHz)
    3. Reinstall the USB Blaster driver and restart your computer.
