Honored ContributorQuartus prime standart edition
We used Quartus prime standart edition cyclone 5. But we couldnt assign the second row of the pin. When we put anything in "Value" after second row, it gets blue while we can assign the first row. Altera_ForumIf you are referring to pin location assignments, you can try to do that by manually editing the .qsf file in text editor. Personally it is faster for me

Are you talking about the Pin Planner? When making assignments, rows in the All Pins list get colored with the color assigned for the particular VCCIO group where you've assigned the pin. Is this what you are talking about? It doesn't prevent making other assignments.
