Hello dcanavan,

Did you install the .QDZ for Arria when you installed quartus ?

You have to install these libs separately for each family.

Sometimes boards come with golden reference design examples, there is a directory IP in these examples, if you copy the contents of these directories to your project ip directory (or create one) you can go a long way.
