Quartus II support for MAX3000A & FLEX6000

For the MAX3000A, Quartus II version 13.0 should still support that family and it is downloadable (Both subscripiton and web version) from the altera.

For Flex6k, you need to find a version of Quartus 9.0 or earlier based on this document, support for the family was dropped in Quartus 9.1

If you request this from Altera, I'm sure they will provide it, but you probably want to really move these to newer families if you have that option.
