Quartus II and Programming a Cyclone I part (EP1C12Q240I7)

I currently have Quartus II 11.1sp2 Web edition installed, but the Cyclone I is not listed in the Family of devices.

Which version of Quartus do I need in order to be able to create a design and then generate the necessary programming files?

One other question, is there a web page that lists which FPGA's by family are supported by which versions of the Quartus II software?
