Quartus II and Altera Usb Blaster

Hi,

I'm using EPM3064 device and Altera Usb Blaster.

I'm looking free licence and minimum installation size Quartus II. (maybe old versions)

Which version can I download?

    Go to here: https://www.altera.com/downloads/download-center.html

    In the table at the bottom, choose "Select By Device".

    Go to "Max Series", then click "Max 3000A".

    Click on the version you want (Web Edition is free).

    On the downloads page under "System Requirements" it tells you the minimum install size.

    Of course until Intel fix the login page, you won't be able to download the software.
