Quartus doesn't support device family. What should I do?

Hello. Is there any way to add device family support to Quartus. For example, Quartus II 9 web edition is missing FLEX10k family support. Can I add the device family manually? Thank's

You'll need to contact an Altera sales representative regarding licensing.
